Terms and Shipping

RETURNS: Returns are accepted on unused merchandise purchased. We will gladly refund the purchase cost. Shipping costs are not refunded. Returns must be made within 20 days and merchandise must not have been used.

CREDIT CARDS: To expedite delivery, we invite you to use either your VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER. When using credit cards, include all information on front of card including expiration date.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices FOB Dixon, Iowa.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: All shipments will be made by UPS unless otherwise specified. See the UPS page for shipping costs and approximate delivery times.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Central Time.

GUARANTEE: For any reason, you may return unused merchandise.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Custom made clothing or personalized items are non-returnable.

GIFT CERTIFICATE: Certificate available in any amount you request and can be charged to your MC, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or DISCOVER card.

FOREIGN SHIPMENT: Order will be sent by Postal Service. Please indicated surface or air delivery.
