Shipping & Returns

Returns and Exchanges: Returns must be received within 20 days from purchase to be eligible for a
refund. The item must be in its original condition and box, used or altered merchandise will not be
accepted for return. Shipping charges are not refunded.

If you are exchanging an item, please write on the outside of the package the word “exchange”

Special orders and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return: Return your package to us via a traceable method for your protection. Shipping charges
are not refundable unless we made an error in packing or shipping and customer contacts us within 3
days of receiving the order. Ship your package to the address at the top of page with a copy of your
receipt in the box with instruction whether it is a return or exchange.

Please note: If hats and boots are shipped back in only the boot or hat box there will be a $5.00 fee to re
box the item. Make sure to ship in an additional box.
